poor soundproofing

The staff at reception were not very courteous, often appearing stiff and unapproachable. My room suffered from poor soundproofing, difficult to relax with noise from neighboring rooms. To top it off, I encountered small cockroaches in my space, indicating a serious need for pest control in the hotel.

I was satisfied with a nice size and great value rooms complete with a double bed, a nice shower plus the TV. My room included an electric kettle and a fridge. The location of the property was exceptionally nice, close to Grand Indonesia mall.

The Superior Twin Room was pretty cozy. The bed was comfy. It was clean, and I loved that it was in a calm area. The staff were attentive too, a bonus. But yeah, the wifi was so spotty, it got annoying sometimes. Just wish they could fix that!

Cozy stay with a chill vibe

The location was super convenient for grabbing food nearby, and the staff were really attentive when I needed help. Loved the comfy bed in the room. I knocked out after a long day. The only issue was the dining service took a while, so be ready for that if you're in a hurry.
